Make in India is the initiative taken by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India; Sh. NarendraModi which is a major national initiative designed to facilitate investment; foster innovation; enhance skill development; protect intellectual property, and build best-in-class manufacturing infrastructure.
All the renowned training companies for example IL&FS Skills Development Corporation Limited; Mahendra Skills Training & Development Pvt. Ltd.,Orion Edutech Private Limited; Don Bosco Tech Society; Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd.are indirectly or directly partners in this idea of making our unemployed youth more skilled than ever.
There is a huge requirement of skilled man power in technical areas of engineering having expertise in hands-on experience in Pneumatic & Hydraulic, HVAC Design and Draughting, Building Automation System, Industrial Automation System, Embedded System, Robotics, VLSI etc
Various sector skill councils have been framed under the NSDC which pledges to train the youth in various areas of the industries.
The different job roles according to the qualification framework as per the standards set by sector skill councils are as follows:
Industrial Automation Engineer, Embedded System,Building Automation Engineer, Maintenance Technician Electrical, Maintenance Technician, Access Control Installation Technician, CCTV Installation Technician, Electrical Assembly Operator-Control Panel, Wireman-Control Panel
All the upcoming companies, organization, AICTE approved engineering colleges and UGC approved universities must contribute in this initiative and make our country the skill capital of the world.
